Duration

This is a temporary position from 24 June – 29 August 2025.

  • During off-peak periods, your normal working week will be a minimum of 24 hours on a rota basis between 10:00-17:00 daily Monday to Saturday.
  • During peak periods, you will be working closer to 38.25 hours, also on a rota basis, between 10:00-00:30 daily Monday to Saturday.

Job Purpose Summary

As our onsite administrator reporting into the Site Logistics Manager, you will be based in our accreditation pod and will play a pivotal role in supporting our event staff during the event. You will manage and keep an accurate record of, the distribution and return of venue and event equipment, lost property and prohibited items. You will collect and collate data from the various venue teams and feedback to your line manager. You will also play an important role within the accreditation office to provide additional passes when required. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the printing of additional accreditation passes including performer, staff and vehicle passes.
  • Conduct accreditation checks of staff and contractors.
  • Complete lost accreditation pass statements, and submit to Event Team.
  • Distribute and recover event equipment from staff.
  • Maintain a register of all equipment distributed, identifying any missing equipment on a nightly basis for follow up.
  • Ensure that all equipment is accounted for at the end of the event, and flag to your line manager any missing equipment.
  • Manage stock control of event items, ensuring that adequate stock levels are always maintained.
  • Manage incoming lost property and prohibited items in accordance with procedural requirements.
  • Support individuals who are required to complete incident reports.
  • Input timesheet data on behalf of Supervisors.
  • Follow security and safety procedures.
  • Liaise and work alongside the Operations Assistant.  
  • Maintain a clean and tidy accreditation unit.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience of working in events in accreditation or similar roles.
