Duration:
This is a temporary position from 17 June – 29 August 2025. Your normal working week is a minimum of 35 hours between 09:00 – 19:00 daily Monday to Sunday, although additional hours may be required. Your shifts will be allocated on a rota basis.
Job Purpose Summary:
Reporting directly to the Site Logistics Manager and Deputy Logistics Manager, you will be part of a small team delivering the asset and facilities management plan as set out by the Site Logistics Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all signage is correct and in position.
- Ensure access to the stands remains restricted as required.
- Carry out fire checks.
- Monitor the completion of the facilities management plan, including the removal of rubbish by the cleaning teams, to ensure refuse does not accumulate in the venue.
- Maintain and restock welfare area daily.
- Complete daily checks on handrails, stairwells and seating to ensure safety and security of the stands is maintained and report all faults to the Site Logistics Manager.
- Assist in manual handling duties as required.
- Ensure accreditation unit is kept clean and tidy and restock as required.
- Prepare site for handover to Event team during show time.
- Be prepared to assist and engage with all members of the public on the Esplanade during the day, answering questions about the event as required.
- Present a positive impression of the company and uphold our values in all activity.
- Look after all documentation and equipment issued to you for the purpose of carrying out your duties.

- Ability to follow instruction.
- Ability to assist in manual handling as required.
- Presentable, polite, confident, approachable, and helpful.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships.
- A positive attitude.
- Over 18 years of age.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous site experience in an event-related environment.
- First Aid.
